The Blue Door Loft is a brand new, luxury built, bright and airy loft just ONE block behind Portland's famous Mississippi Ave. Here you are just a one minute walk to Mississippi's many outstanding local restaurants, bars, boutiques, and coffee shops that make Portland the special place that it is! We'd argue being the best located Airbnb in Portland!

This brand new luxury loft is a one of a kind in the Mississippi Ave District. Fully equipped with hotel quality sheets, blankets and towels - we want to assure your luxury stay is more than comfortable.

The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. The main floor boasts a full kitchen, bathroom and living room with a brand new Samsung TV with Apple TV. This loft shares a yard but is completely separate and private. You will have a designated parking space for one car. Street parking is also available.

Mississippi St. is famous for its unique bars, shops and restaurants. Enjoy wandering the neighborhood for some of the best food, coffee, cocktails and boutique shopping Portland has to offer! We are also just an 8 minute drive to Downtown Portland and 5 minutes from The Moda Center (home of the Trail Blazers).

The Blue Door Residence is walking distance from everything you need. If you'd like to explore more of Portland but without a walk, Ubers and Lyfts are all around the neighborhood and can pick you up within a few minutes.

There is also a very nice Laundromat called Spin Laundry just one block from the home.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
