*REQUIRED RESORT FEES: . The fee goes to the resort and enables guests' use of the amenities described below unless otherwise noted. These will be charged separately one week before arrival and DO NOT show up in the itemized total when you book. If you have any questions, please feel free to submit an inquiry so that we can answer them before you reserve, and we can add the charges onto the total then.
***Please note we provide limited supplies per reservations on shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We do recommend if you are booking with a large group to bring extra bathroom supplies.

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: There is a non-negotiable, per person, per night, resort charge for all guests. Children five years and younger are free and not counted in the total guest count. These fees will be charged to your reservation after booking. Resort fee is collected even if you choose not to use the facilities.

The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids' activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply).

When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short Term Rental registration form online.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)

**Changes made to the resort forms once submitted or submitted within 48 hours of arrival will have an additional fee of $100.

***If the number of guests on the resort forms needs to be adjusted, there will be a charge of $50 per person.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
