The Ranch amenities include the private 18 hole Golf Course designed by Peter Jacobsen/Jim Hardy, The Athletic Club featuring indoor and outdoor pools, kids play room, equestrian center, Spa Brasada, Ranch house for casual dining or Range Restaurant for fine dining. The General Store provides provisions from wine to fresh vegetables. Outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, bocce ball, playground, walking, hiking and biking trails (showshoe in the winter). 300 days of sunshine a year and year round recreation from fly fishing in the Deschutes to skiing at Mt. Bachelor to hiking or rock climbing at Smith Rock.

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: There is a non-negotiable, per person, per night, resort charge for all guests. Children five years and younger are free and not counted in the total guest count. These fees will be charged to your reservation after booking. Resort fee is collected even if you choose not to use the facilities. The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids' activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply).

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝘀: January 1 - May 12 | $36 / person / night May 13 - September 30 | $65 / person / night Oct 1 - December 31 | $36 / person / night When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short Term Rental registration form online. *The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date) **Changes made to the resort forms once submitted or submitted within 48 hours of arrival will have an additional fee of $100. ***If the number of guests on the resort forms needs to be adjusted, there will be a charge of $50 per person.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
