The home was designed with large groups in mind, but is an outstanding choice for couples retreats as well. FIRST FLOOR: Spacious hall with bench seat, full size mirror, hat rack, shoe rack, and coat rack. 1 Bedroom with one queen bed and tv. 1 Den with games, tv and futon. Huge game room with pool table, big screen tv, DVD player, Mega Arcade, sectional sofa and DVD collection. Spa room and sauna with heated pebble stone floor, bench seat, mini fridge, lots of spa towels, bathroom, and entrance to our private back patio with hot tub, outdoor shower (hot & cold) and outdoor furniture. SECOND FLOOR: Master Suite 1- One queen bed and one bunk bed with private bathroom. Master Suite 2- One king bed and two bunk beds with private bathroom. Master Suite 3- One queen bed and one bunk bed with private bathroom. Master Suite 4- One queen bed and one bunk bed with private bathroom. *All bathrooms come complete with white plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryers, toilet brush and plunger. *All bedrooms include bedding, 26" TV with build in DVD player, channel guide, alarm clock, closet, bed stand, reading light, and mirror. THIRD FLOOR: Open floor plan includes; Huge sofa set with two pull out sofas (sleeps 4), two ottomans, 56' TV, Blue Ray DVD player and modern tile fireplace with fan to distribute heat (optional). There is also a half bath around the corner with glass bowl. Library with lots of books, magazines, board games, puzzles and DVDs. Covered deck with BBQ grill. Kitchen with everything you'll ever need (too much to list). Spacious pantry. Big kitchen island seats 6+ and huge dinning room table for 16 guests (one high chair provided). All that plus two 9 by 5 foot corner to corner windows with gorgeous ocean and mountain views and breathtaking sunsets. OUTDOORS: Huge outdoor covered deck with ocean and mountain view. Comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ grill located on the main gathering level. Back patio is all gated with hot tub, outdoor heated shower, and outdoor dining table.

Easy access to spa room and sauna. EXTRA: Some of the best parking in town--up to 6 cars double parked. Please don't block the garbage area! WiFi throughout the house. Beach chairs, blankets, umbrellas, flashlights and beach toys provided. Playpen, high chair and stair gate for the babies. Two big toy boxes for older children. Fully insulated walls and ceiling to reduce the noise factor. Key pad on front door (no keys ever needed). Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
