HOME OWNER:
One spot in driveway is reserved for the home owner as they will be in the Casita from time to time. All guests will be informed prior to arrival of the owner being on site. Casita is a separate home and entrance and will not take away from your experience while visiting this beautiful home.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests. Children five years and younger are free and not counted in the total guest count. These fees will be collected separately by prior to your stay. Resort fee is collected even if you choose not to use the facilities.

RESORT AMENITIES:
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air Peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees).
Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)
*Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.

* Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.
* Cascade Pool is available for guests, as well as 24/7 access to the gym.
* We do not accept pets.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
